ANGARITAS ships within the United States through trusted courier services. For customers in Latin America, we offer the option of shipping through international forwarding addresses in the U.S., which must be arranged and provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the forwarding information is correctly registered and that their provider allows the entry of handmade jewelry or accessories. ANGARITAS is not responsible for delays, losses, or customs restrictions once the package has been delivered to the specified forwarding address.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products require special preparation time. Once payment is confirmed, production takes approximately 48 business hours, after which the item will be packaged and delivered to the postal service for shipment. Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been dispatched. Please note that these products are not eligible for immediate shipping due to their exclusive, personalized nature. Delivery times will also depend on the selected postal service and the tracking number provided.
Products in Stock
Items available in stock are processed and shipped more quickly. Once payment is confirmed, orders will be packaged and transferred to the courier within 24 business hours.Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the order has been handed over to the courier. This process applies only to non-customized products or those ready for immediate shipment. Delivery times are determined by the postal service selected.
